Happy Easter

Caitlyn trying to wait patiently for someone to help her open her Easter basket from Grandpa Dan & Grandma Connie.
 "Hurry up, Dad!"
Brayden practicing catching with his new mitt.
I think we need to teach him the difference between golf and baseball.

 Still practicing...

Brayden quickly became a pro at dying eggs.

Caitlyn didn't want to wait patiently for the dyed eggs to dry so she could decorate them, so she decided to speed up the process.
Brayden wanted to try a hard-boiled egg....
 ...and he actually liked it!

The Cutest Rockies Fans

With the start of baseball season, we had to make sure that our kids were supporting their Dad's favorite team. We haven't made it to a game yet, but we are looking forward to going to a Rockies game soon!

With the warmer spring weather, I've done some spring/summer clothes shopping for the kids. Caitlyn, of course, wants to wear all of her new clothes even though it's not quite tank top weather. When she came downstairs wearing her new tanktop with all of her jewelry & carrying her "cell phone" it definitely gave me a glimpse into the teenage years. I think we can classify her as quite the "girly-girl"!

Our Accident Prone Son....

Brayden is at the age where he thinks he can do everything his sister does, which leads to many falls & bruises. We commonly joke that he needs to wear a helmet 24/7...so last week his Uncle Jordan bought him the perfect helmet!
Brayden was quite pleased with his helmet and he even insisted on wearing it when he ate lunch.
Never can be too safe when Dad's driving the wagon. ;)

Brayden seems to have a shoe obsession and loves to wear his Uncle Jordan & Dad's shoes around the house.

Trying to look like he's doing something important
Some days Brayden has a hard time making it to his afternoon naptime. So one day last week before lunch he went & got his blankets out of his crib, brought them down on the couch and cuddled up with his sister and fell asleep while Caitlyn softly rubbed his head...It was too precious!
All dressed up and ready for church
