Brayden's 1st Rockies game

This past weekend we went to the Rockies game in Denver, and Brayden experienced his first MLB game. Before the game I wanted a picture of Kyle and Brayden in their Rockies shirts, and the many expressions I got from Brayden were quite entertaining. (I would encourage you to click on each of the following 4 pictures to get a larger image to truly appreciate each of Brayden's expression.)
A good smile from both
Brayden's "I'm-too cute-and-I-know-it" look
My brother Andy and I had been trying to get Brayden to smile, and he refused to appease us. Then after a couple minutes of us making silly faces at him, he squinted his eyes, and gave us his "cheesiest" grin....we both couldn't stop laughing!
Goofy face over..."Mom, I'm done. Let's head to the game!"
Caitlyn enjoying our view of downtown Denver from our table in the stadium where we ate dinner before the game.
Brayden really did enjoy the game despite his expression in this picture...we'll just call this the "overwhelmed" face. ;)

Loving every minute of the game
A 7th Inning treat-cotton candy!
Extra sticky hands!
"Ok, Mom, it's been fun, but it's past my bedtime and I'm getting a little tired."

Strawberry Obsession

This past weekend we went to Nebraska to visit Caitlyn & Brayden's Great-Grandmas and the kids enjoyed getting spoiled by our relatives. Caitlyn lately has had a "strawberry obsession" and would eat an entire pound of strawberries by herself--if we would let her. So Saturday night when her Great Grandma Shirley served her homeade Angel Food Cake with LOTS of strawberries our daughter was in heaven!

Brayden finally "caught" the tractor that Uncle Jordan was racing around the room.

Weekend in Colorado Springs

This past weekend we went to Colorado Springs for Caitlyn's friend, Madison's, 3rd birthday party. Unfortunately I forgot my camera, so I had to use the camera on my cell phone. I apologize that the pictures aren't the greatest quality, but I figured they would be better than nothing. ;)
3 Going on 16!!
Ready to go swimming in the hotel swimming pool
Brayden's first time in the pool...not too sure what to think.
Caitlyn being wild like usual!
Having fun decorating her sugar cookie with pink frosting, lots of M&Ms & chocolate sprinkles during Madison's party

Easter Weekend

This weekend my parents & brothers, Jordan & Andy, came to spend the Easter holiday with us. The weekend was very busy so I didn't get as many pictures of the kids with their grandparents & uncles, but I was able to take a few.
Uncle Andy & Grandpa Larry helping Caitlyn with her "marshmallow craft"--an idea I got from a friend.
