A Fun Surprise in the Mail!

Thursday Caitlyn received a care package from her Great Uncle Greg & Aunt Kathy, Great Grandma Shirley, and Great Aunt MaryAnn. She was quite thrilled with all of the presents inside.

She got a cute crocheted purse from her Great Aunt MaryAnn. Necklaces! Bracelets! Rings!

She insisted on wearing all 6 necklaces, 3 bracelets & 3 rings immediately....She's not a girly-girl at all! :)

I have to say that she was quite thrilled by the bubble packing that came in the package though, and she spent quite a bit of time playing with that. ;)

This weekend my parents, my brothers, Jordan & Andy, and Andy's girlfriend, Kelsy, came down to visit us. My mom and I did lots of shopping for the baby, but we couldn't resist shopping for Caitlyn also. Caitlyn has recently developed quite a "shoe fetish" so below you can see Caitlyn's new shoes that she had fun wearing to church Sunday morning.

Cupcakes for Daddy!

This week we had a few rainy afternoons, so we weren't able to be outside as often as Caitlyn would have liked. To keep busy, Caitlyn made cupcakes for her Daddy.

Sunday afternoon Caitlyn had fun helping her Daddy wash his car and do other fun tasks around our house.

Spring Flowers

So the past couple weeks Caitlyn and I have been doing alot of yardwork. One of our projects was planting several flowers in the planters on our front porch. Caitlyn has had fun watering them each morning with her special watering can.

Sometimes she gets a little carried away, and gets this look on her face like she's going to "drown" the flowers. :)

House Update

So I've had some requests to post pictures of the changes we've made to a couple of the rooms in our house since we moved in. Below you will see before & after pictures of the guest room and Caitlyn/Baby's room. The guest room is completed, but I'm still working on the kids' room.
