This weekend we met some of our friends at The Harvest Farm north of Fort Collins. Caitlyn had fun doing the many activities the farm had.
So Caitlyn's legs weren't quite long enough to reach the pedals on the tricycle, so her Dad gave her a ride instead.
"C'mon, Dad, let's go!" (We thought her Uncle Greg would appreciate the John Deere tricycle)
"Faster, Dad, faster!"
While Caitlyn and her friend Kamrynn were waiting in line for the barrel train, Caitlyn decided that they might as well make use of their time and play "ring-around-the-rosie". Kamrynn was very kind and played along.
Caitlyn had fun riding the barrel train with Kamrynn, but couldn't see over the top of the barrel car very well. :)
Caitlyn was a little nervous around the goats and sheep at the petting zoo area, but she quickly got over her fear.
Feeding the goats!
When the goats would grab the food from her hand she would say, "num, num, num".
Caitlyn loved playing in the covered wagon full of dried corn. She made up a game of filling up the back of the dump truck with corn as fast as she could.
Caitlyn thought it was hilarious when she kept dumping corn on herself after her Uncle Jordan "buried" her in the corn.
Helping her Dad & Uncles navigate through the corn maze.
O.k., so before you think that I'm allowing my husband to introduce our daughter to guns at such a young age, it's actually a "pumpkin shooter". There was an old van with targets on it in the middle of the corn field that you tried to hit with the pumpkins.
Picking out a pumpkin
"Mom, can I get this one?"
Caitlyn thought she would show us how "buff" she is by lifting the pumpking and carrying it a few feet.
